These terms apply when you use BSS, the Best Service System, through bss.iq, app.bss.iq and the BSS mobile app. BSS is operated by [[COUNSEL:legal-entity-name-and-address]].
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using BSS you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least [[COUNSEL:minimum-age]] years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
Accounts
You give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You keep your password and your sign-in methods secret and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think your account was used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Memberships and payments
Memberships are sold on the web only, never inside the mobile app. A membership is for the term and tier shown when you buy it. Prices are in US dollars and are charged in Iraqi dinars at the rate shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. [[COUNSEL:refund-and-cancellation-wording]] A membership gives the entitlements listed for its tier on the membership page, and those entitlements can change only for future terms.
Listings and conduct
If you publish a listing you confirm that you have the right to offer what you describe, that the information is accurate and not misleading, and that the media you upload are yours to use. You do not post unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content, you do not harvest other members' data, and you do not interfere with the service. BSS may refuse, remove or unpublish a listing, and may remove content that breaks these terms. Listings are published by third parties: BSS is not a party to any transaction between members.
Verification
BSS staff check a company's identity and documents and review projects before they are published. The Verified seal means that BSS completed that review at the time. It is not a guarantee of the quality, value, legality or outcome of any project, and it does not replace your own checks. See the investment disclaimer.
Liability
BSS provides the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, BSS is not liable for losses that come from your reliance on a listing, a profile or another member, for losses caused by events outside our control, or for indirect losses. Governing law

Changes to these terms
We publish changes here with a new version number and effective date. When you create an account we record the version you accepted. If a change affects your rights, we tell you inside the service before it applies. If you keep using BSS after a change takes effect, the new version applies to you.
